INSPIRE: free running coach

It’s already been a year since I started to run. I could still remember my first 5k run, it was hilarious I couldn’t even call it a run because it was just a walk-jog-walk pace. -- hahaha! But instead of giving up on my foremost run, it press on my body to improved my running skills and I am lucky to say that I have a two (2)  unsurpassed running coaches who are guiding and inspiring me along the way. -- Oh! did I mention that I didn’t have to pay any cent to my running coaches, yes! It’s FREE!! –lucky me huh! :)

I’m pompous to say that one of my running coach is my boyfriend. Yes indeed, Mark was the one who introduced me to the world of running. His self-perseverance has thought me to let my body push into its limit without sacrificing my health condition. I really admire his enthusiasm in running and on how he is really determined to train hard on every single race that he would join. On our training days, I would feel blameworthy whenever he needs to slow down on his running pace in order to help me push a little harder in finishing our distance.  Not until he introduced me to my best running coach – THE BULL RUNNER magazine

THE BULL RUNNER magazine isn’t your ordinary sports magazine; it’s the only magazine that “talks like a coach”. Introducing Ms. Jaymie Pizarro, the person behind this God given gift to all runners like me. Ms. Jaymie, being a mother of two lovely kids makes me grant my high regard for her in fulfilling her responsibilities as a mother while she chase her own running dreams.

First time my boyfriend handed me this magazine my running life had changed. It opened my eye about all the truths that lies behind the science of running. It is like I am enrolled in a top rank university where everything is being taught by the most renowned running coaches in our country (Rio de la Cruz, Ige Lopez, Ani de Leon, Patrick Joson, Jojo Macalintal, Tito Salazar and many more) but what makes it different is that I don’t need to pay anything while I’m learning. TBR magazine is in no doubt filled with lots of information on every single page of it. --oh yes! I read it from cover to cover! :) It just not let me progress in my training but it also helps me update my calendar on the latest seminars / running clinics and upcoming races on the Metro or even on the provinces.  This mini magazine also serves as a directory where I can have a taste of the latest gears and running stores.

The Bull Runner magazine has inspired and helped me in every possible way. Kudos!, to everyone behind this educational, enlightening and motivating  magazine most especially to the bull runner herself. I hope you too will be inspired by reading their issues.

A deep gratitude to my boyfriend for always getting me copy of TBR magazine. :)  It has been in our running routine to read this handy-dandy magazine. :)

Anyone can get a FREE copy of TBR magazine on the stores located below but if you’re always on the go you may also download a copy of it on TBR's website. -- Click here to download the TBR magazine.
