TRAVEL: "Caramoan Island"

Caramoan is one of the thirty-five municipalities of the Province of Camarines Sur and is situated at the heart of the Caramoan Peninsula at the southernmost tip of Luzon. It occupies the lower eastern portion of the Province of Camarines Sur. It is consisted of 4,000-hectare of limestone forest and 45 islands and islets.” (Wikipedia.org)

The Caramoan has been a famed setting for the International Franchise Reality TV show named “Survivor”. The Serbian Survivor and Israel Survivor had filmed two consecutive seasons on this Island. While the Bulgarian and Swedish version had hosted a season in Caramoan.

The exquisiteness of this is island makes it as the “next Boracay”. But the big difference is that the Island is not as developed as compared to Boracay Island. Being an undeveloped Island makes it a much loved place to have a nature nomadic experience. A lot of interesting rock formation can be found on the Island.
