Dambana ng Kagitingan, is sited on the summit of Mt. Samat in the Province of Baatan.
It was built to credit and remember the bravery of the Filipino and American soldiers who fought during World War II.
The white Memorial Cross stands as a tribute to the soldiers who fought and lost their lives in the Battle of Bataan.
From the cross, one can view Bataan and Corregidor Island. But unfortunately the cross was under construction when we visited Batan.
